There's an apparent regression in v9.1.1 with audio, see https://gitlab.com/qemu-project/qemu/-/issues/2639. Should be fixed in the v9.1.2 release, or by reverting commit 6d03242a7e47815ed56687ecd13f683d8da3f2fe.
