2016-11-01	Soft feature freeze. Only bug fixes after this point.
2016-11-15	Hard feature freeze. Tag rc0
2016-11-22	Tag rc1
2016-11-29	Tag rc2
2016-12-06	Tag rc3
2016-12-13	Tag rc4 if necessary, otherwise release
2016-12-20	Release if rc4 was necessary

Known issues

Please list all patch series or bugs which need to be fixed for the release here. That way I can be sure I don't miss any when I'm rolling release candidates.
